GH000D40:This is the current chapter/page number field.  The first number is the current chapter number, the second is the global page number.
GH000D41:This field either gives information on the current frame or the selected action.
GH000D42:This button shows how a text story flows from frame to frame.
GH000D43:This button controls the display of the outlines of frames.  The currently selected frame is always displayed.
GH000D44:This button controls the snap to frames function.  This helps you to accurately align frames when moving or creating frames.
GH000D45:Select-click on this button will display the save dialog box.  Adjust-click will display the save text/graphic dialog box.
GH000D46:Select-click on this button will display the scale view dialog box.  Adjust-click will return you to the previous zoom setting.
GH000D47:This button cuts (removes) the selected text or frame to the clipboard.
GH000D48:This button copies (retains in place) the selected text or frame to the clipboard.
GH000D49:This button pastes the clipboard's contents into the document.
GH000D4A:This button displays the New frame menu, allowing a blank or repeating frame to be inserted into the document.
GH000D4B:These buttons control the frame stacking order.  This button brings the selected frame immediately to the front.
GH000D4C:These buttons control the frame stacking order.  This button puts the selected frame immediately to the back.
GH000D4D:These buttons control the frame stacking order.  This button brings the selected frame one step to the front.
GH000D4E:These buttons control the frame stacking order.  This button puts the selected frame one step to the back.
GH000D4F:Select-click on this button will display the Utilities-Spelling menu.  Adjust-click displays the main dictionary.
GH000D50:Select-click on this button displays the Utilities-Insert menu, allowing page number, date or time to be inserted into the text at the cursor position.  Adjust-click will insert the current date at the cursor.
GH000D51:This button displays the print dialog box.
GH000D52:Select-click on this button displays the View-Quality menu.  These options alter the display quality of the graphic ON SCREEN ONLY.  A lower number will speed up screen redraw.  These settings do not affect printout.
GH000D53:Select-click on this button displays the Alter frame dialog box.  Adjust-click displays the Alter graphics dialog box if the selected frame is a graphics frame.

GH000D0C:This button provides a quick way of defining a new style or modifying an existing style.
GH000D0B:This button provides a list of available styles which can be applied to selected text.  This is also a quick way to remove or add styles to selected text.
GH000D0E:This button provides a list of available styles which can be applied to selected text.  This is also a quick way to remove or add styles to selected text.
GH000D1E:This button switches between displaying text effects and styles or ruler settings on the toolbar.
GH000D13:This information field shows the current font used.  This may be set by either a style or effect.
GH000D14:Clicking on this menu icon will display a menu of available font families.
GH000D15:This editable field displays the current font size.  This is set by a text effect or style. To change the text size either type the new value into the editable field, or click on the menu icon and choose from the menu.
GH000D16:Clicking on this menu icon will display a selection of text sizes that can be used.
GH000D17:This button toggles the apply Bold effect to selected text.
GH000D18:This button toggles the apply Italic effect to selected text.
GH000D19:This button toggles the apply Underline effect to selected text.
GH000D1A:Clicking on this button will left align the text in the current paragraph.
GH000D1B:Clicking on this button will centre text in the current paragraph.
GH000D1C:Clicking on this button will right align text in the current paragraph.
GH000D1D:Clicking on this button will fully justify text in the current paragraph.

GH000D1F:Click here to cycle through the positions of tabs and margins.  The appropriate icon will change to red on the ruler.

GH000D03:This is a Right aligned tab icon.  You may drag this icon onto and off the currently displayed style ruler.
GH000D04:This is a Decimal point aligned tab.  You may drag this icon onto and off the currently displayed style ruler.

GH000D11:This editable field displays the position of the selected tab icon. To change the tab position either type the new value into the editable field, or drag the icon on the ruler below.

GH000912:Select this option to automatically load the ImageExtend module.  This module will improve the on screen display of sprites.
GH000913:Select this option to automatically load the DitherExt module.  This module will improve the appearance of greyscale sprites, and will change the desktop palette to one offering 16 grey-levels.

GH000914:This value indicates the units used to display any value concerning page coordinates.  This includes frame coordinates and master page sizes.

GH000915:This value indicates the units used to display any value concerning styles.  This will include most of the text options, including styles and effects.

GH00091B:This value is used as the default scale for new documents.  It may be useful to reduce the scale if the entire document does not fit on screen.

GH00091E:Select this option to display a frame outline around all frames.  With this option turned off, only the current frame's outline is visible.
GH00091F:Select this option to display a grey border around the page indicating the areas that the printer is unable to print to.  This non-printing area can only be altered by the printer driver.
GH000920:Select this option to display page rulers.  Each ruler is relative to the top left hand corner of the page.
GH00092A:Select this option to display a toolbox button bar at the top of the selected document.
GH00092B:Select this option to display a style/ruler information bar at the top of the selected document.
GH00092C:Select this option to display a style ruler at the top of the selected document.
GH000922:Select this option to make the cursor flash.  This helps make it easier to see.
GH000923:Select this option to the spelling of each word as it is typed in.
GH000924:Select this option to automatically expand any abbreviations as they are typed in.
GH000925:Select this option to cause a dragged frame border to snap to the frame edges of other frames.

| Document preferences

GH000800:Select this option to switch on automatic kerning.  This automatically alters the spacing between characters, improving the appearance of text and making it easier to read.  Only RISC OS 3 fonts will automatically kern.

GH000801:Select this option to make the current document automatically save itself at regular intervals.
GH000802:Select this option to force confirmation before saving.  Without this option, auto-saving occurs automatically without further user interaction.
GH000805:Enter here the time between automatic saving in minutes.
GH000804:Click here to accept the document preferences.
GH000803:Click here to abandon any changes made to the document preferences.

| Style Editor

GH000E00:Click here to apply any changes you have made to the named style.  Select click will close the style editor, adjust click will keep it open.

| Keep together menu

GH00027D:Clicking here will make sure that the paragraph resides in one frame only.
GH00027F:Clicking here will keep the selected paragraphs in the same frame.
GH00027E:Clicking here will keep the selected area in the same frame as the next paragraph.


| Frame menu

GH000230:Moving to the right allows you to create a new frame.  Clicking here will create a null frame.
GH000231:Clicking here will allow you to alter attributes about the current frame.
GH000232:Clicking here will allow you to alter attributes about the current graphic.
GH000234:Clicking here will toggle the frame snap option.  When it is on, while a frame is being moved it's edges will snap to other frames on the page.

GH000237:Clicking here while grouped frames are selected will separate them into individual frames.
